This house was a foreclosed home that was vacant for ~two years. We initially had concerns regarding the foundation of the house as there was separation from the interior walls and ceiling and hired a structural engineer to inspect the home. The foundation was determined to be ok and the cracks were the result of settling. This house was built in 2011. The exterior needed two gates installed, part of the back wall rebuilt and cement was laid around the exterior walls in the back yard.
Cosmetic updates were made throughout the interior of the house, along with minor repairs.
Another beautiful house we were able to fix up to be turned into someone’s home.
