Unfortunately, if you don’t provide a t.v. you will receive negative reviews every so often from a guest. A smart t.v. may be an item you have to save up for, but it will greatly improve your guest reviews.
Most smart t.v’s come with the most popular streaming sites including Netflix and Amazon Prime Video. Create a guest account and include the details either in your listing description, a short message upon guest check-in or instructions in your guidebook.
Charging Stations or Electrical Adapters
Base this on your Airbnb location. If you have frequent guests from all over the world then provide a universal adapter that charges every countries electronics.
Most guests will pack their own adapter but even the most experienced traveler forgets an item or two.

A welcome basket for us included a local beer from our city and local fruit that is in season. This keeps the cost down and showcases a tiny bit of our city.
